General Conditions of Use of the Site

Article 1 – Purpose

The present General Conditions of Use (hereinafter CGU) aim to define the modalities of access and use of the Mesh site (hereinafter "the Site"), site of CCI Capital Growth, in compliance with legislative and regulatory provisions. By navigating the Site, the user unreservedly accepts these CGU.

CCI Capital Growth reserves the right, at any time, to modify all or part of the General Conditions of Use of the site.

 

Article 2 – Access to the Site

The Site is accessible free of charge to any user with an Internet connection.

Access to the site of the Arbitration and Mediation Chamber is free (excluding operator connection fees).

CCI Capital Growth strives to keep the site service accessible 24/7. However, the terms and operations for testing, control, and maintenance, as well as necessary interventions in case of failures, may be conducted at any time without prior notice and without the right to compensation. 

 

Article 3 – Intellectual property – Copyright

The site includes all information accessible as part of the service, notably in the form of texts, photos, images, sounds, data, databases - including the underlying technology, structured and presented in the form of screen pages.

Users acknowledge that the site is protected by intellectual property rights (copyright or artistic and literary property rights) and other rights attached to intellectual property: moral rights and economic rights and derivative rights that CCI Capital Growth holds as part of the service or for which it is authorised to make use.

Subject to, where applicable, the General Conditions of Use of the site, the only right granted to users is that of temporarily receiving on their computer equipment and for their personal use, all or part of the information accessible within the service of the site.

CCI Capital Growth authorises the establishment of a hyperlink to its site for organisations, partners, and businesses linked to the CCI.

Excluded are sites disseminating controversial, pornographic, xenophobic information or which could offend the sensibility of the greater number.

The established link must lead to the homepage of the site and appear in a new window. In no case should the pages of the CCI Capital Growth website be integrated within the pages of another site.

 

Article 5 – Liability

CCI Capital Growth declines any responsibility in case of error, omission, or unavailability of the Site.

The connection of users to the Site is done under their full responsibility.

CCI Capital Growth cannot be held liable if one of the users, a third party, or a partner of the CCI were to infringe any intellectual property right or other rights of a third party or any applicable regulation.
